Prices are revised regularly. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products without notice. Any quotations given are valid for 30 calendar days only, from the date of quotation. We reserve the right not to accept orders. Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by you, this not a binding contract until acceptance of the order. This means that if the price, description or any other information about the product is incorrect e-shepherd solutions shall not be obliged to sell you the product. 

All payments are 100% required before an order is accepted.

GUARANTEE - All our products are guaranteed for 28 days against faulty workmanship. If you have a faulty product please contact us and we will make arrangements to either replace,repair, or refund the item. Please note that guarantee is void when the product is deployed on or attached to an animal.

LEAD TIMES
As all tags are custom made. Depending on your configuration, the lead time may vary between 4 to 10 weeks, including 2 to 3 weeks of in-house testing.In some cases it can be more than 10 weeks, during busy times, or if your configuration is based on non-stock components or for large items. In most cases, the general advice would be to get your order in as early as possible so that it can be produced, fully tested and delivered in time. Orders demanding short lead times during busy times may be declined.
